The puppy shall remain with the breeder until the puppy is a minimum of 8 weeks old and no older than 14 weeks old unless noted in this contract or discussed otherwise
 

BUYER: I am aware that my deposit amount of $_______ is non-refundable should I decide I do not want or am unable to take said puppy. I am aware the breeder will hold said puppy until a minimum of 8 weeks old and no older than 14 weeks unless noted in this contract or discussed otherwise. I am also aware that if said puppy should no longer be available due to illness or accident, that the breeder agrees to - A: apply said deposit to another available puppy from this litter or another available litter, or B: refund deposit amount. I understand that if I do not wish to apply my deposit to another available puppy, and it is refunded, it shall be upon the breeders convenience.
