Thank you for showing interest in our puppies! Filling out this application does not guarantee you a puppy. This application will help us determine if a Rat Terrier is the best puppy for you. Each prospective puppy buyer is asked to fill this out with honesty, and return this questionnaire to us. This lets us learn a little about the family and environment of where our puppy may be going to live. It will also give us an idea of what you are looking for in a Rat Terrier.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale to any person for any reason, if we feel it is not in the best interest of our Rat Terrier puppy. We will NOT sell to Puppy Mills or Pet Stores, or anyone affiliated with them! You must be 18 years or older to purchase a puppy from us. If you are approved, when the time comes to purchase your puppy, you will be given a contract which details our warranties, restrictions, and policies. You must agree to and sign this document before the transaction is complete. The contract can be found here. NOTE: While we understand new puppies are exciting, ANY deposit sent before application approval will NOT be returned!

Please make sure to answer ALL questions with HONESTY. Our goal is to find the best homes possible for our puppies. We only want them to go to loving forever homes!
